According to Senator Rick Santorum, we have found quite a few.

"Since 2003, Coalition forces have recovered approximately 500 weapons munitions which contain degraded mustard or sarin nerve agent," said an overview of the report unveiled by Senator Rick Santorum and Peter Hoekstra, head of the intelligence committee of the House of RepresentativesNow contrary to popular belief, Weapons of Mass Destruction does not mean Weapons of MASSIVE Destruction, a WMD is a weapon that is Nuclear, Biological or Chemical in nature that targets in an indiscriminate manner.
It doesn't have to be a city destroying weapon capable of super-duper destruction.
Ok, that out of the way, I believe that there were much more "recent" weapons in Iraq, the only thing is we haven't found them yet, the weapons we have found are pre `91 weapons, and while Iraq was supposed to have destroyed these already, and wasn't supposed to have them in their possession, they are not the same weapons that the Administration but more importantly the Media "played up" to the American public.
These are not City breakers, they will not cause world wide pandemic, what they are are "tactical-terror" weapons, they are used in the shelling of Enemy positions and small towns and cities to cause fear and break the enemies will to fight.
These weapons, IMO, were justification enough for the invasion, regardless of what other factors may have been present.
It is also my Opinion that we went into Iraq the wrong way, what we did was akin to a local police or sheriffs office putting the exact date and time that they would hitting a local drug dealers house, And then knocking on the door for 15 min saying can we please come in while we hear the toilet flushing in the background and someone yelling "Just a minute!"
Any Recent WMD's that may have been in Iraq are either A) long gone or B) buried in the sand somewhere.
Ahh well I'm done for now, feel free to post any comments about this that you would like and I will try to get back to & respond to them as soon as I can.
